NXP is continuing its transformation with strategic investment in modernizing its digital infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior AI Program Manager to complement our AI Portfolio team. This Senior AI Program Manager will help develop & deliver AI use cases in a respective domain working with multiple internal stakeholders both at a technical and functional level.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders from diverse domains to understand their roadmap and challenges and translate and shape these topics to tangible AI use cases
• Categorize and evaluate use case requests in a structured manner so to prioritize the highest value activities first
• Work closely with our internal stakeholders at both technical and business level to translate and prioritize overlapping requests to bundled activities
• Deliver on use cases and priorities with support of the subject matter experts
• Represent the Intelligent Transformation Office organization and expedite the overall transformation efforts and way of working

You will report to the AI Portfolio Lead. Together, you will make a critical contribution to the implementation of the Transformation Strategy at NXP. The team offers high level of energy and passion, open collaboration environment and opportunities to learn from each other for personal growth.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you shall:

• Have Master degree in Information Technology, AI, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, and 10+ years of experience in the industry or a service company in close relation to data
• Strong understanding of project delivery aspects with demonstrated experience in dealing in complex environments
• Have experience in dealing with senior stakeholders ideally with a consulting background
• Knowledge and understanding of data and technology landscape of transactional systems, data management, processes and data analytics consumption
• Have a strong bias for action, are results-oriented and have a reputation for delivering
• Have up to date knowledge and best practices on data, analytics, and (Gen/Agentic)AI and understand the complexities and nuances of bringing concept to application
• Apart from technical experience you bring functional business experience in one or multiple business functional domains
• Strong communication skills used to drive change, inspire and guide data related topics, influence business functions to support and engage with the principles of data and analytics
• Demonstrate interpersonal capacities to collaborate and relate openly with diverse groups of international stakeholders across organizations build strong partnership, maneuver comfortably through complex policies, processes, people related organizational dynamics
• You are reliable, accountable, a curious and persistent humble team player, proactive, structured, with drive and autonomy. Your hands-on mentality help you achieve results together with the project team
• Have experience working with multiple delivery methods (Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall) Project management (including Jira tooling)
